People here are nice and honest to suggest you what should be changed and what should not be, just like your friend, who will give you fair opinion! 5 Star Google ReviewI can not recommend Ed Little's any higher, they not only complete repairs within the time stated and at reasonable prices, but they are completely honest. Before going to Ed Little's, I had my car serviced elsewhere and came back with a list of repairs which seemed excessive and costly. I then took my car to Ed's based on a recommendation for a second opinion and saved myself literally thousands. They even advised that one of the suggested repairs, which I think was for a coolant flush, cannot and should not be performed on my car for its entire lifetime. They printed this fact for me from the Toyota website which I was then able to show to the previous repairer. Thanks Ed Little Auto Service, we only bring our cars to you now!!!

5 Star Google ReviewBob and his crew are truly genuine people who care about honesty when it comes to car maintenance. Owning a car obviously comes with the cost of maintaining it, but finding an honest mechanic is quite hard to come by. Bob and his crew are the people you can trust. I found Ed Little Auto Service after reading through some bad yelp review on Culver City Toyota. I had taken my car into Culver City Toyota for an oil change and came back with a list of problems that appeared all at once. I had recently changed the passenger air cabin filter myself and sure enough, it came off as something that needed to be replaced immediately in addition to far more expensive items such as replacing the ball joints ($800+) dollars. I called Bob and even though he was booked till the next week, he said he would still do a quick inspection if I drove by and go line by line off the list provided by Toyota and tell me if the "issues" were actually really issues. Turns out, I didn't have a ball joint issue and everything seemed fine. I had changed the spark plugs myself the day prior which might have been the only thing that really needed to be replaced (car is at 130k miles). They even taught me how to check for certain things like how to check the braking fluid. While I wanted to pay them for their time and the inspection, they didn't even accept any money. Ed Little Auto Service is a gem of a shop and so are the people running it. I don't write all too many reviews but this place is worth telling people about!

CEO,appleThese guys are the best! Bob and all of the guys there treat you with respect and are honest and dependable. I’ve taken my car there multiple times and if there’s not an issue they tell me upfront. If there is an issue they take care of it with no surprises. Would highly recommend coming here for any of your automotive needs!
